- The recent increase in temperatures has brought an increase in fire danger throughout Cache Valley. - Class 1.4G explosives, formerly known as Class C state approved fireworks may be sold after June 19 and before July 26; after December 19 and before January 3; and 15 days before and on the Chinese New Year. State approved fireworks may be discharged three days before, on the day of, and three days following: July 4; July 24; January 1; and the Chinese New Year (Utah Code 53-7-225)
North Logan City allows limited open burning within city limits, primarily for irrigation and agriculture purposes. Burn permits will be issued March 15th until May 31st and will open again October 1st (November 1st during dry years) through the end of the year.
