General Permitted Burn rules:

The clearing index must be above 500 with low, stable wind conditions.

Check: http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/slc/projects/ifp/html/webSMF_new.php

The number in the "CI" column for "Airshed 4" must be above 500 for the burn day in order for us to consider permits.
